We work with our customers on a flexible model consisting of setting up a dedicated team with respective Server, Mobile, Terminal and Testing teams on the forecasted plan defined by our customer.

First Option

Based on customer needs, we provide resources to work at client premises depending on duration where customer requires the person to work with client to understand the scope of development and transfer knowledge of existing platform. Acquisition of knowledge will be transferred to offshore team to work on writing use cases, analysis, use cases, flow diagram and documents to move forward on Architecture and Design with compliances to follow.

Account Manager will come out with time line for implementation which covers Design, Development, Integration and testing, setting up different environments, testing, simulator etc. for testing in preproduction at offshore and the same will be replicated to Onsite to test from offshore or a couple of team members will be sent to client place. Few of team members will work on support and enhancement and dedicated sustenance team will be maintained to manage the product. Another team will be moved to new project defined by customer.

The client can add additional projects on his forecasted plan where our Account Manager will set up the similar team to work on multiple projects.

Second Option

Here, the client will take care of deliveries, client will have point of contact who are Program Manager and Technology Managers to work on different platforms. These resources are dedicatedly involved in working with the development, testing, UAT team has to be provided to them to work and report to respective managers.

Each team will be allocated task by respective managers to help them in understanding the existing scope, knowledge of the product, transfer the same and train on the product and walk through complete flows initially to make sure team has complete acquisition of the product to move forward on development and testing.

Third Option

Our team will visit client premises onsite for few weeks to work with client closely to understand the scope and document it, or the client will share us the scope document and our team can come out with detailed proposal covering the effort, estimation of design, development, integration, testing, deployment, UAT and support along with resources required for the project. The effort covers the total cost and duration of the project to complete it with fixed bid. Once the project is completed the client might use the same resources to work on next project or simultaneously the client can share us additional projects to bid and move on development with other additional resources.

We are fine to take up the separate assignments which are required for client, even though it might be only development or testing or UAT. We expect the customer to continue and maintain the same team for long duration and our customer must see us as extension of their team working from offshore and support us in managing us.
